YES, some homes in this subdivision did flood in August 2016, not all of them, and I inspected it on 09/05/2016 for disaster inspection work. This is the GBRMLS activity within since 09/01/2016 which shows no major declines in values. The pendings below simply reflect listing prices and not actual pending prices (which are never published until the sale actually closes).
