2014 University Club Plantation Home Price “Appear” to continue in home price correction mode
Home sizes ranged from 2,154sf to 5,984sf and sales prices ranged from $335,000 to $745,000. I do know that 3136 Pleasant Point Blvd sold for $735,000 or $124/sf and was a third-party corporate relocation sales at below market $124/sf (not a foreclosure). The $745,000 sale was a “Cash Sale” on Campanile Ct with a pool and outdoor kitchen.
What Percent of 2014 University Club Home Sales Were Below Market Sales?
3206 Coates Crossing, 3136 Pleasant Point and 15142 Championship Dr were Corporation Relocation sales.
2912 Rue Dauphine was a foreclosure sale. So, four of twelve sales were below market sales or 33.3%. These homes sold for $176.94/sf $124.07/sf, $131,46/sf and $110.16/sf, so not all of them sold below market.
