East Baton Rouge Home Price and Sales Correct April 2013 vs April 2014
When comparing April 2013 versus April 2014 East Baton Rouge Home Sales, the number of home sales declined by 9 sales, both the median and average sales prices declined and average sales price per sq. ft. increase 37 cents. It’s taking 11 days less to sell a home. Sellers are receiving 1% more of their asking price. Inventory declined. While Conventional financed sales increased, cash sales decreased. Both foreclosures and distressed sales declined. By distressed sales, I’m referring to short sales, foreclosures, estate sales, lis pendens, auction, 3rd Party/Corp/Relo, relocation sales.
