How to fix Baton Rouge Builder & Architect Mistakes On Too Small Carports?
Here’s what one Baton Rouge homeowner had to do to be able to park 2 cars under their carport….and, they should have NEVER had to go to this extra expense to do so!
No, this isn’t really an attractive “fix” for a Baton Rouge Carport, BUT the owners wanted to be able to park 2 Autos under their carport when both the Builder and Architect provided them with a carport that was too small to park two (2) autos under…a very common problem in Baton Rouge Real Estate in the 1990s and 2000’s as Builders cut corners to pocket profit at the expense of providing lack of use! Shame On Them and Their Baton Rouge Architects. I can just about guarantee they don’t live with such tiny 18 x 18 carports on their homes.
How to fix Builder & Architectural Mistakes – they design carports TOO SMALL to park 2 cars! No Builder or Architect should ever build or design an 18′ x 18′ carport and call it a “2 Car Carport”…it’s too small to fit 2 cars in. DON’T let Builders do that to you, especially when you’re paying $120/sf+ for a new homes in Greater Baton Rouge!
My point for new home construction, new home buyers was that I see this happen ALL the time since 1990’s where builders and architects offer new homes with tiny 18′ x 18′ carports to where you can’t fit 2 autos in them and NOT to settle for such shortcuts.
And, this was an expensive “Fix” – the poles and extra concrete. Concrete isn’t cheap anymore!
