Baton Rouge Home Sales Increase 3% In February 2013
Resales of Already Existing Baton Rouge Homes increased by 3% when comparing February 2012 to February 2013. The Median Sold Price was up by 1%. Homes Under Contract increased by 16% leaving the Months Supply of Inventory down 19.2%. The Average Days On Market or how long it takes to sell an East Baton Rouge home was down 13%.
