REO or Foreclosure sales total 0. NO SALES IN CURRENT 1-3 MONTH PERIOD. For 4-6 month period, absorption rate is 1.3%, months supply of housing 72 months, median comparable sale price $925,000 4-6 months ago, median comparable sales days on market 14 days 4-6 months ago, median comparable list price $995,000, median comparable listings days on market 14 days and median sales price as percent of listing price has been 96% 4-6 months ago. Again, there are no sales in current 1-3 months and 24 competing listings, basically an oversupply of competing listings.
